In Syria lives a hardworking young couple who are doing their absolute best to provide for their only son in these extremely hard times.

This couple worked so hard to open a boutique grocery store, however since the Government is forcing small businesses to pay taxes they have had no choice but to shut down their store as they simply could not afford to keep it open.

The father is now working multiple jobs, desperately trying to make ends meet. Due to this he unable to spend any quality time with his wife and son. The wife is also working hard to help pay their rent so has had to take her son to his grandmothers, so he is looked after whilst they work. She is also depending on them for medication and food.
