As a result of the violence in Syria and the horrors of war and persecution, hundreds of thousands have been killed, while millions have been displaced. The scale of the humanitarian crisis in Syria is unprecedented. Our aim to help as many people as we can in Syria, but it starts with a village at a time.
We have created and packaged the delicious Syrian treat, Baklawa, and the classic Gingerbread to raise money for the people in the villages of Syria.
100% of the profits from each box sold, will go directly towards the Syria Projects.

Our treats are made in our own domestic kitchen and are hand packed with love. Choose between a pack of Gingerbread or Baklawa, or why not one of each.

We have listed our ingredients for you below;
Gingerbread: Flour, cane sugar, butter [cream, water, salt], golden syrup [can sugar, water], egg, ground ginger, bicarbonate soda; Icing: egg, icing sugar [cane sugar, tapioca or maize starch]; Chocolate Buttons: [sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, lactose and protein from whey (from milk), wheat powder, butterfat (from milk), rice starch, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, fruit and vegetable concentrates (camauba was, bees was), natural vanilla flavouring, invert sugar syrup]. Best stored in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
Baklawa: Sugar, walnuts, butter, pastry [wheat flour (thiamine, folic acid), water, maize starch, salt, sunflower oil (antioxidant (306)), preservative (202), water, orange blossom water [distilled water, blossom flavour]. * Contains Walnuts. Best Stored in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
