At Hope Charitable Foundation, we take privacy seriously. All personal information submitted through our website is treated as private and confidential and we utilise a range of security measures in order to protect and maintain your privacy.

When you interact with our website through signing up to our mailing list, utilising out contact form, registering for activities or making a donation, you may be required to provide personal information such as your name, address and email address. We use this information for the purposes of responding to your enquiries or notifying you of upcoming events or volunteering opportunities if you have previously expressed an interest in receiving such updates. With your permission, we may send you emails to keep you updated with the work being undertaken by Hope Charitable Foundation and to inform you of upcoming fundraisers and events.

Our store is based on a woocommerce platform. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows you to make your donations online.

Our website provides an SSL secure page for purchasers to enter credit card details and donation details.

Credit Card payments are made directly through SecurePay’s secure payment gateway to insure your personal and credit card details are kept safe. HOPE is simply focused on supporting those in need, regardless of their race, gender, politics or religious beliefs. Although HOPE was born in response to the Syrian Refugee Crisis, this is only one of the ongoing projects being undertaken by the foundation.
